Restaurant with a great vibe. Very natural, organic feeling. Though not everything is organic. Three restaurant also had a small shop with produce, natural body care, meats, cheeses, wines, cleaning supplies, dry nuts and fruits, and more. I ordered the seafood special which came with a soup, salmon, salad, plantain puree, and drink (mix of panels, ginger, and lime). Also had the apple strudel with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The salmon was the best. The strudel had a strange bitter/metallic taste. The ice cream seemed like it was coconut based. The salad had little flavor. The soup was ok but needed a bit more seasoning or salt. The food overall was a bit meh. Healthy food doesn't have to be flavorless but I felt that it kind if was here unfortunately. Ultimately the vibe of the place and the service made up for the average food for me.

This is a MUST visit lunch spot in Laureles. It’s a “eco-shop” that sells heirloom local produce and craftsmanship, but the real show happens in the kitchen. There is a legitimate farm-to-table restaurant happening right around the tienda. I had delicious salmon with coconut rice and fresh vegetables. It was the best meal I had in Colombia. Fresh and delicious.
What a cute little organic restaurant/grocery store. They had almost anything you crave from any organic market in the states with a much more rustic vibe to it. The staff were very friendly even to us non Spanish speaking gringos. I ordered a chicken sandwich, soup of the day, and a shake all for under $17 USD. Wow!
This restaurant–bar–grocery is an absolute delight. The place is beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The menu offers a great variety of healthy dishes, including some truly delicious vegan options that are full of flavor and creativity. The shelves are lined with a wide range of eco-friendly and organic products — everything from local treats to zero-impact household goods. It’s the kind of place where you can eat well and feel good about what you’re supporting. Service is friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
I come from a place in the west coast of Canada where everybody and their dog eats gluten free. As a celiac I begrudgingly have to adhere to a strict gluten free diet. Despite many gluten free bakeries at home I avoid baked goods because without wheat they're awful. Saludpan changed that. We visited Medellin for Christmas and the cake I bought myself was so good I assumed I was poisoned with wheat but of course I wasn't. I went back again for more plus some bread. What a treat to find gluten free baked goods I could actually enjoy. 11 out of 10! Gracias desde Canada!
Went twice to give a more accurate rating. First time: loved it! Food is delish and nutritious and I was impressed with their 'menu del dia' options. Loved the soup, main, even the mini-dessert. Went back next day for breakkie and had to wait over 25 mins for my food, and the staff did not care. Place was empty too, I went up twice to ask for my food. So overall, food is excellent but service is poor - besides one lady who's very smiley, all other ladies seem unbothered or too busy to help. Pity, as it'd be a 5* otherwise. Menu del dia changes daily and everything is as tasty/healthy. The wee shop sells real cocoa and organic food too
Best soup I had in Colombia. Lentil casserole soup and the salmon salad is also muy rico !
The most amazing breakfast. They don't have meat options but you sure don't miss it. Presentation is wonderful. A must to try!!!!
